摘要

在"5+3"一体化临床医学专业课程体系器官与系统整合教学改革中,如何有效整合组织学和病理学的实验教学资源,优化基础和临床医学课程的衔接是实现整合教学模式根本转变的关键.Caseviewer切片扫描分析系统作为新兴的数字化切片资源,可以将组织学与病理学的切片进行整合归类,架起两门基础学科之间的桥梁.本文通过对2019级传统线下授课模式和2021级采用基于Caseviewer的多元化授课模式的"5+3"一体化临床医学专业学生的成绩进行比较分析,旨在评估不同教学模式对学生学习成绩的影响,以支持培养卓越医师的目标.

Abstract

In the reform of organ-and system-based integrated teaching within the "5+3" integrated clinical medicine curricu-lum system,effectively integrating experimental teaching resources of histology and pathology and optimizing the connection between basic and clinical medical courses are key to achieving a fundamental shift in the integrated teaching model.The Caseviewer slide scanning and analysis system,as an emerging digital slide resource,facilitates the integration and classification of histological and pathological slides,bridging the gap between these two foundational disciplines.We compared the academic performance of students between the traditional in-person teaching model (Class of 2019) and the diversified teaching model based on Caseviewer (Class of 2021) in the "5+3" integrated clinical medicine program.The aim is to evaluate the impact of different teaching models on students' academic performance,supporting the goal of cultivating outstanding medical doctors.
