生物催化引发合成高分子化木质素

木质素的分子结构调控是拓宽木质素应用领域的重要手段.本文介绍了木质素在植物细胞壁内的聚合形成过程,阐明了漆酶、过氧化物酶和指导蛋白的体外聚合作用,探讨了酶催化聚合的机理和凯氏带对于植物精准木质化的作用机制,总结了木质素体外聚合过程中的影响因素(酶、木质素原料、反应条件).针对研究现状,提出了生物法实现木质素功能化、高分子化的发展方向及存在的挑战,以期为工业木质素的高值化和多元化利用提供思路.
Polymerization of Lignin by Biocatalytic Initiation Method
The molecular structure modulation of lignin is an important approach to expand the application field of lignin.The polymerization process of lignin in the plant cell wall was described in this paper,the effects of laccase,peroxidase,and guidance protein on polymerization in vitro were elucidated,the mechanism of enzyme-catalyzed polymerization and Casparian strip for precise lignification of plants were ex-plored.The influence factors in the polymerization in vitro of lignin(enzyme species,lignin material,reaction conditions)were summarized.In view of the current research,the development direction and challenges of lignin functionalization and polymerization by biological methods were proposed to provide ideas for the high-value and diversified utilization of industrial lignin.
