介绍了35 t/h热风水冷长炉龄冲天炉的主要结构及应用。采用35 t/h热风冲天炉，在两班制生产条件下，可连续熔化45~50天，铁液出炉温度1500~1530℃，铁液化学成分稳定，适合于大批量连续生产。
Abstract
The main structures and application of a set of 35 t/h hot blast water cooled long campaign cupola system have been introduced. The cupola could continue to melt for 45 to 50 days in the case of two shifts of production. The tapping temperature has been being 1 500-1 530℃and the chemical composition of molten iron was stable. The culola was suitable for large batch production.
