摘要
汽车发动机缸体铸件的内部清理,一般采用人工手动撬动翻转清理砂子的方式.随着社会经济不断发展,国内全自动生产线已逐渐代替了传统的工艺流程.介绍了应用在全自动生产线中一种新型的可升降旋转的机动辊道.它可以使缸体在三维空间按要求由某一特定的位置转运至另一位置,随即自动前送进入到下一工序.
Abstract
The internal cleaning of automobile engine block castings is generally done by manual prying and turning to clean the sand.With the continuous development of social economy,the domestic fully automatic production line has gradually replaced the traditional process.A new type of motorized roller conveyor that can be lifted and rotated is introduced for application in the fully automatic production line.It can make the cylinder body in three-dimensional space according to the requirements of a par-ticular position from a particular position to another position,and then automatically forward into the next process.
