大型发动机缸体振击除芯工艺应用

描述了大缸径发动机振击除芯设备应用柔性设计、精益生产、绿色制造等理念的设计过程,实现一机多用、高效生产、绿色制造的过程.振击除芯设备实际应用过程中工装设计采用瓦口进行定位,通过2K全因子实验、响应曲面法确定振击除芯参数.铸件经振击除芯后铸件外表面及缸孔内部铸砂明显脱落,振击除芯效果明显.
Application of vibrating decoring process for large engine blocks
This paper describes the design process of applying the concepts of flexible design,lean pro-duction and green manufacturing to the vibrating decoring equipment of large bore engine,and realizes the process of multi-purpose,efficient production and green manufacturing of one machine.In this pa-per,the tooling design of the vibrating decoring equipment is positioned by the tile mouth in the prac-tical application process of the vibrating decoring equipment,and the vibrating decoring parameters are determined by 2K full factor experiment and response surface method.After the casting is vibrated and the sand is removed from the cylinder bore,the outer surface of the casting and the inside of the cylinder bore fall off obviously,and the effect of vibrating and removing the core is obvious.
