Research on mold design in composite frame molding
Ahstract:In order to avoid the mold from affecting the composite parts,it is necessary to create a rapid modeling method for the frame mold,and implement finite element analysis on the model,adjust and optimize the model according to the analysis results,and compensate for the springback and size in the mold design process,so as to obtain an effective mold structure design,ensure the molding accuracy requirements of composite parts,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the molding mold.
