摘要
以金属件涂装线为研究基础,在分别介绍油性漆和水性漆的基础上,结合具体实例,探讨金属件涂装线中油性漆切换为水性漆的相关技术改造方法.实践证明,水性漆在金属件涂装线中的应用,可使金属件喷涂质量达标的同时,满足相关环保要求.
Abstract
Based on the research of metal parts coating line,on the basis of introducing oil-based paint and water-based paint respectively,combined with specific examples,this paper discusses the relevant technical transformation methods of switching oil-based paint to water-based paint in metal parts coating line.Practice has proved that the application of water-based paint in the coating line of metal parts can make the spraying quality of metal parts meet the standards and meet the relevant environmental protec-tion requirements.
