摘要
工厂生产过程中设备出现故障是不可避免的,为了第一时间解决问题,智能报警系统将是一个很好的解决方法.从报警信息位置精确定位、报警信息智能文字提示、报警信息智能语音播报、设备停机时间统计、报警数据报表存储与导出以及报警数据信息MES系统的上传共6个方面介绍该系统.此项系统实现了预警及出现报警后的处理方法,对已出现的报警统计及MES系统上传,方便维修及技术人员对出现的问题全面复盘,有利于车间设备的管理和维护.
Abstract
Equipment failure is inevitable in the process of factory production,in order to solve the problem at the first time,intelligent alarm system will be a good solution.The system is introduced in six aspects:precise location of alarm information,intelligent text prompts for alarm information,intelligent voice announcement for alarm information,equipment downtime statistics,alarm data report storage and export,and uploading of alarm data information to the MES system.This system realizes the early warn-ing and the treatment method after the alarm,the alarm statistics and MES system upload,which is convenient for the maintenance and technicians to comprehensively review the problems,which is con-ducive to the management and maintenance of workshop equipment.
