Discussion on the application of waste heat recovery in the melting electric furnace cooling system of foundry
With the implementation of the high-quality development concept launched by the state and the policy of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality",this paper introduces the application of waste heat recovery of melting electric furnace cooling system by collecting the relevant data and operating param-eters of melting electric furnace cooling in foundry factories,combined with the actual case of a project application,and at the same time,the economic and technical analysis of the waste heat recovery tech-nology scheme adopted is carried out,and it is confirmed that the technical solution of the waste heat recovery system of electric furnace cooling water discussed this time has low initial investment.The op-erating cost is low,which can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of the enterprise and has good social and economic benefits.The promotion and application of this waste heat recovery technology scheme is an effective way for enterprises to reduce operating costs and carbon emissions.
