摘要

针对模板回转液压缸自带缓冲节流阀流量调节分辨率不足的问题,借鉴缸尾常用缓冲结构,进行缸头缓冲结构的理论计算,并增设可调节的单向节流阀和溢流阀.结合液压回路进行原理说明,可为类似缓冲结构的设计提供参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of insufficient resolution of flow adjustment of the buffer throttle valve of the platen rotary hydraulic cylinder,the theoretical calculation of the buffer structure of the cylinder head was carried out with reference to the commonly used buffer structure of the cylinder tail,and the adjustable one-way throttle valve and relief valve were added.Combined with the principle of the hydraulic circuit,it can provide a reference for the design of similar buffer structures.
