摘要

介绍了一种阻拦炉窑的炉门异常下降的制动装置,用于解决炉窑的炉门因意外情况失去牵引力导致炉门异常下落的问题.制动装置包括炉门阻拦结构、牵引机构和控制装置.所述的制动装置结构可靠,成本低,能有效减少设备故障造成的损失.

Abstract

In this paper,a braking device to block the abnormal decline of the furnace door of the fur-nace is introduced,which is used to solve the problem of the abnormal falling of the furnace door due to the loss of traction force of the furnace door due to unexpected conditions.The braking device in-cludes a furnace door blocking structure,a traction mechanism and a control device.Described braking device structure is reliable,and cost is low,can effectively reduce the loss caused by equipment failure.
