Microstructure evolution and mechanical property analysis of medium manganese Q&P steel
The microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of medium manganese Q&P steel under different annealing temperatures were explored.The content and stability of residual austenite,the mor-phological characteristics of residual austenite were analyzed in depth,and its work hardening behavior and TRIP effect were discussed.It is found that the change of annealing temperature can significantly affect the content and micromorphology characteristics of residual austenite,the dislocation density can significantly improve the mechanical stability of residual austenite,and the staggered distribution of dif-ferent forms of austenite structure is more conducive to the improvement of performance.When the an-nealing temperature reaches 700 ℃,the tensile strength is 1290 MPa,the elongation is 34.08%,and the strong plastic volume can reach 43.96 GPa·%.
