摘要

介绍了CAE模拟软件在小型薄壁球铁铸件工艺设计中的改进实例,应用该软件能够较为准确的预测出铸件缩松等多种铸造缺陷,找出解决此类问题的方法,从而优化铸造工艺,提高铸件质量.

Abstract

This paper introduces the improvement example of CAE simulation software in the process de-sign of small thin-walled ductile iron castings,which can accurately predict various casting defects such as shrinkage and porosity of castings,and find out the ways to solve such problems,so as to optimize the casting process and improve the quality of castings.
