Digital-based quality management for the entire process of die-casting products
The traditional casting factory quality management for the product life cycle to establish a complete quality inspection standards,that is,a product to establish the corresponding first inspection,inspection,end inspection,sampling standards,such quality management mode is applicable to the pro-duction of relatively slow production rhythm of the casting plant,but the die-casting industry with high precision,high efficiency,flexibility and production characteristics,how to efficiently and accurately product quality management has become a major difficulty in the industry.The current industry a major difficulty,this paper is based on the digitalization of die casting products of the whole process quality management mode for a simple sharing.
