Based on the actual activities of the quality management team of the large bore material form-ing center,combined with the promotion requirements of Weichai's WOS management model,this paper introduces the development of the quality management team of foundry enterprises,the typical experience of activity promotion and the common promotion problems,expounds the important contribution of the quality management team to quality management and quality improvement,and looks forward to the fu-ture development of the quality management team in the foundry industry.
