Full-size measurement method for HIP outer casings of nuclear power
Focusing on the process of full-size measurement of the HIP outer casing castings of the nu-clear power plant,through industrial photogrammetry systems,three-coordinate scribers,thickness gauges and other measuring equipment,combined with the corresponding software system,the full-scale detec-tion of nuclear power high and medium pressure outer cylinders is carried out to ensure that the prod-uct size fully meets the requirements of customer drawings.Compared with traditional measurement methods,for products with large weight and large size measurement data,full-scale measurement can not only cover 100％dimensional inspection,but also greatly improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.
