Design of the whole process based on casting flexible automatic machining line
In order to reduce the impact of low productivity and high processing cost caused by low op-erating rate,low flexibility and high labor intensity of machine tools in traditional casting processing methods,a whole process processing scheme based on flexible automatic processing line for castings is expounded,which can effectively improve the starting rate of machine tools,reduce labor intensity,and realize a high degree of automation of the whole processing process.
