摘要

针对铸造车间目前大风量、中低浓度VOCs有机废气难处理的技术难题,围绕可吸附不同种类VOCs废气的乳化液配制方法及应用技术、净化配套装备改进及集成技术、乳化液高效回收技术等方面进行了深入研究,将乳化液吸收工艺结合喷淋塔系统进行了高效可靠的集成,实现了大流量、低成本处理中低浓度VOCs废气的目的,为铸造工厂带来良好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract

In view of the technical problems of large air volume and medium and low concentration VOCs organic waste gas difficult treatment in the foundry workshop,in-depth research was carried out on the preparation method and application technology of emulsion that can adsorb different types of VOCs waste gas,the improvement and integration technology of purification supporting equipment,and the efficient recovery technology of emulsion.The purpose of low-cost treatment of low-concentration VOCs waste gas brings good economic and social benefits to the foundry.
