Design and application of automatic cleaning device for casting table dry furnace tray
Surface drying ovens are used to dry the coating of sand cores in foundry production.The in-dustrial robot dips the sand core into the paint and places it on a pallet,during which the paint ad-heres to the pallet,and the paint layer on the pallet becomes thicker and thicker after many cycles of use,which interferes with the positioning of the industrial robot and damages the motor of the industrial robot.The purpose of designing an automatic pallet cleaning device is to automatically clean the paint layer on the surface of the pallet,improve the cleanliness of the pallet,and eliminate the problem of interference between the industrial robot and the paint layer.
