摘要
针对目前抛喷丸装备种类繁多、分布广,面临运维成本高、不及时、效率低等问题,系统阐述了抛喷丸装备数据采集到互联网平台并实现远程运维服务的方法,通过采用云组态技术、物联网技术、数据库技术和HTML5技术等开发了物联和运维于一体的远程运维云平台,实现售后服务过程中"人、机、料"要素的有效融合,具有操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全等特点.
Abstract
In view of the current wide variety of shot blasting equipment,distributed all over the world,facing the problems of high operation and maintenance costs,untimely and low efficiency,the system expounds the method of collecting shot blasting equipment data to the Internet platform and realizing remote operation and maintenance services,and develops a remote operation and maintenance cloud platform integrating IoT and operation and maintenance by using cloud configuration technology,Internet of Things technology,database technology and HTML5 technology,so as to realize the effective integra-tion of"man,machine and material"elements in the after-sales service process,with easy operation,friendly interface,Flexible,practical,safe and other characteristics.
