摘要
根据伺服电机驱动产品在上机架移动设备上使用时遇到的问题,采用了基于西门子1500PLC运动控制技术的同步控制系统.介绍了系统的硬件配置及软件控制,分析了实际使用效果.系统完全满足机械的工艺要求,设备运行高效、稳定.
Abstract
According to the problems encountered by the servo motor drive product in the use of the upper rack mobile device,a synchronous control system based on Siemens 1500PLC motion control technology was adopted.The hardware configuration and software control of the system were introduced,and the actual use effect was analyzed.The system fully meets the process requirements of the machin-ery,and the equipment runs efficiently and stably.
