计算机仿真模拟在现有的铸造技术中应用越来越多,而与现场一致的模拟热物性参数又是模拟准确的一个必要条件.因此,通过Magma模拟软件的优化模块,调整型砂的导热系数及比热,设计DOE实验进行模拟,对模拟温度曲线与现场测量的曲线进行拟合,拟合一致的模拟曲线所使用的参数就是与现场实际型砂一致的热物性参数.
Application and research of reverse optimization calculation of thermal physical parameters of molded sand for casting
Computer simulation is increasingly used in the existing casting technology,and the simulated thermo-physical parameters that are consistent with the field are a necessary condition for accurate sim-ulation.Therefore,through the optimization module of Magma simulation software,the thermal conductivi-ty and specific heat of the sand are adjusted,DOE experiments are designed for simulation,and the simulated temperature curves are fitted to the curves measured in the field,and the parameters used in the simulated curves are the thermophysical parameters that are consistent with the actual sand in the field.
