Application and Research of Piezoelectric Inkjet Printing Head in Metal Adhesive 3D Printing
The advantages of adhesive jet 3D printing technology lie in high molding efficiency,a wide variety of adaptable materials,high material utilization,and relatively diverse geometric shapes of printable parts.Metal binder 3D printing,as a typical representative of current 3D printing applications,has a broad application market.Printing metal products formed by sintering of green billets is a hot topic in the current mechanical manufacturing industry and a hot research direction in the field of 3D printing.One of the current directions for the development of metal binder 3D printing technology is to improve the accuracy and quality of printed products,which can serve various industries at a higher level.This article is based on the application effect of a certain brand of piezoelectric inkjet printhead in metal 3D printers.From the perspectives of nozzle inkjet control,nozzle installation accuracy,and ink supply system stability,it explores and analyzes the reasons for certain defects on the surface of the green body,and proposes methods to improve the surface quality of the green body.
