Process design of rolling partition
Compressors are widely used in metallurgy,petrochemical,power and other industrial sectors.As the main component of centrifugal compressor,the rolling spacer has a complex structure and high requirements for surface quality and internal defect detection,so the casting design is difficult.The whole process of 3D+casting,process design,MAGMA simulation and casting production of a rolling diaphragm was described,and the advantages of 3D+over traditional casting and a process improvement method were briefly introduced in the whole process design.
