利用Procast软件对ZL114A合金密封套熔模铸造工艺进行了数值模拟,在铸件法兰及中间薄壁区域发现疏松缺陷,通过工艺试验,证明了数值模拟结果准确性.分析了缺陷产生的原因,并在第一版铸造工艺基础上,采取风冷措施达到铸件快速凝固目的.数值模拟和实际生产结果表明,铸件缺陷完全消除,能够满足使用要求.
Optimization of investment casting process of ZL114A alloy seal sleeve
The investment casting process of ZL114A alloy seal was simulated numerically by Procast software,and the loose defects were found in the flange and the thin-walled area of the casting,and the accuracy of the numerical simulation results was proved by the process test.The causes of defects were analyzed,and on the basis of the first version of the casting process,air-cooling measures were taken to achieve the purpose of rapid solidification of castings.Numerical simulation and actual production results show that the casting defects are completely eliminated and can meet the requirements of use.
