一种不锈钢涡轮壳毛坯铸造工艺探讨

根据一种新开发的奥氏体增压器涡轮壳材质及结构特点,对毛坯铸造工艺进行探讨,确定浇注位置并设计了半封闭式浇注系统、冒口补缩与冷铁激冷相结合的工艺,采用AnyCasting软件对钢水填充和凝固过程进行模拟计算,经综合分析确定工艺方案并设计制作工艺装备.针对试生产工艺验证过程中出现的缩松、裂纹、冷隔等铸造缺陷,采取应对措施加以改进,最终生产出满足质量要求的铸件,为类似毛坯的工艺开发、生产提供参考.
Discussion on a stainless steel turbine shell blank casting process
According to the material and structural characteristics of a newly developed austenitic tur-bocharger turbine shell,the blank casting process was discussed,the pouring position was determined,and the process of semi-closed gating system,riser shrinkage and cold iron quenching were designed,the filling and solidification process of molten steel was simulated and calculated by AnyCasting software,and the process scheme was determined and the process equipment was designed and manufactured through comprehensive analysis.In view of the casting defects such as shrinkage porosity,cracks,and cold isolation that occur in the verification process of the trial production process,countermeasures were taken to improve them,and finally the castings that meet the quality requirements were produced,which provides a reference for the process development and production of similar blanks.
