伴随着发动机的不断优化升级,作为发动机主要零部件之一的气缸盖集成的零部件越来越多、结构越加复杂,对缸盖尺寸精度和尺寸一致性的要求也越来越高.基于铸件尺寸一致性设计边界,介绍了本公司的两种整体式大幅面缸盖尺寸精度提升的改进案例,并总结出在铸造工艺工装设计和实际生产过程中影响缸盖铸件尺寸精度的几项主要因素及改进方案,可推广应用于其他系列产品中.
Discussion and application of the improvement of the dimensional accuracy of integral large-format cylinder head castings
Along with the continuous optimization and upgrading of the engine,the cylinder head,as one of the main parts of the engine,integrates more and more parts and has a more complex structure,and the requirements for the dimensional accuracy and dimensional consistency of the cylinder head are get-ting higher and higher.Based on the design boundary of casting dimensional consistency,the improve-ment cases of two integral large-size cylinder head dimensional accuracy enhancement of our company are introduced,and several major factors affecting the dimensional accuracy of cylinder head casting in casting process tooling design and actual production are summarized as well as the improvement scheme,which can be popularized and applied in other series of products.
