针对小口径钢瓶内壁上存在的氧化皮等杂质,介绍了一种转台步进式喷丸清理机,阐述了该喷丸清理机的工作原理、主要组成结构、技术关键及其解决方案,为钢瓶内壁清理提供了一种简单、高效、实用的方法.
Abstract
In view of the impurities such as oxide scale on the inner wall of small-diameter cylinders,a turntable step-by-step shot peening cleaning machine was introduced,and the working principle,main composition,technical key and solutions of the shot peening cleaning machine were expounded,which provided a simple,efficient and practical method for cleaning the inner wall of the cylinder.
