介绍了一种不锈钢管专用抛丸机,对设备的主要参数、工作原理、主要部件的功能以及适用范围进行了详细的介绍.本设备用于不锈钢外表面的清理,整机采用PLC控制解决了现在市面上设备存在的自动化程度低、人工劳动强度大、清理效果差且不能满足环保要求的问题,提高了设备的清理效率,从而有助于促进行业的发展.
Abstract
A special shot blasting machine for stainless steel pipes was introduced,and the main pa-rameters,working principle,functions of the main components and the scope of application of the e-quipment were introduced in detail.This equipment is used for the cleaning of the outer surface of stainless steel,and the whole machine adopts PLC control to solve the low degree of automation,high manual labor intensity,poor cleaning effect and can not meet the environmental protection requirements of the equipment on the market,and improves the cleaning efficiency of the equipment,thereby helping to promote the development of the industry.
