由于风力发电设备所处工作环境恶劣,因此如何提高风电产品的防腐蚀性能是重中之重.通过生产工艺改进发现,在恒温恒湿的环境下进行加工处理可有效的提高产品涂层质量的稳定性及可靠性.抛丸处理作为风电产品生产的一道重要工序,如何保证工件在抛丸处理时也处于指定的温、湿度环境中成了急需解决的问题.本文便是将温、湿度控制引入到抛丸设备当中去,并配有自动控制系统,可对抛丸室内部空气的温度及湿度进行实时监控并自动调节,满足指定的温、湿度指标,从而提高了油漆的附着力,进而提高了部件的使用寿命.考虑风电工件表面状态的特殊性,因此对设备部件也进行了相应的升级,从而提高了设备的使用性能.

Due to the harsh working environment of wind power generation equipment,how to improve the corrosion resistance of wind power products is the top priority.The temperature and humidity control is introduced into the shot blasting equipment,and it is equipped with an automatic control system,which can monitor and automatically adjust the temperature and humidity of the air inside the shot blasting chamber in real time to meet the specified temperature and humidity indicators,thereby improv-ing the adhesion of the paint and thus improving the service life of the parts.Considering the particu-larity of the surface condition of the wind power workpiece,the equipment components have also been upgraded accordingly,so as to improve the performance of the equipment.
