摘要
伴随着产品型号不断增加、工艺不断进步,对产品内腔质量的要求也不断提高,因此自主设计并建设了 一条完善的铸件内腔自动化清理线,该产线极大程度的降低了人工劳动强度,改善了铸件内腔的质量,提高了产品的生产效率.
Abstract
With the increasing number of product models and the continuous progress of technology,the requirements for the quality of the product cavity are also constantly improving,so we have indepen-dently designed and built a perfect automatic cleaning line for the inner cavity of castings,which greatly reduces the labor intensity,improves the quality of the inner cavity of castings,and improves the pro-duction efficiency of products.
