Design of intelligent furnace changing vehicle control system based on PLC
Using Siemens S7-1500PLC,through Profinet communication with V90 drive,control servo motor preliminary positioning,proximity switch accurate position secondary positioning,mechanical bolt accurate limit three ways to design,a practical and efficient intelligent furnace change vehicle control system was designed.The furnace changer runs smoothly,quickly and reliably,which greatly improves the efficiency of the furnace changer.
