摘要
针对铸造装备砂箱的自动化加工,提出了一种智能、自动化砂箱生产线,包括桁架以及沿桁架直线方向上依次设有的可翻转伺服机械手、双向自对中机构及若干个切削机床.本生产线智能化及自动化程度高,通过伺服机械手,可实现对砂箱工件的抓取、旋转,可轻松应对多种不同尺寸的砂箱工件,且工件的对中精度高.切削机床还可满足立式及卧式的双面加工,大大提高了生产效率.
Abstract
For the automatic processing of sand box for foundry equipment,an intelligent and automatic sand box production line is proposed,including a truss,a reversible servo manipulator,a two-way self-aligning mechanism and several cutting machines in the linear direction along the truss.The pro-duction line has high degree of intelligence and automation,through the servo manipulator,it can realize the grasping and rotating of the sand box workpiece,and it can easily cope with a variety of different sizes of sand box workpieces,and the workpiece centering precision is high.The cutting machine can also meet the vertical and horizontal double-sided machining,greatly improving the production efficiency.
