摘要
镍基合金复合材料涂层作为一种高性能表面防护材料,在海工、航空航天、能源、化工等领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文探讨了关于镍基合金的涂层熔覆技术,陶瓷材料复合涂层、高分子材料复合涂层、不同镍基合金涂层等技术特点.研究发现,通过引入涂层可以提高镍基合金的硬度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性,总结了镍基合金发展趋势.
Abstract
As a high-performance surface protection material,nickel-based alloy composite coating has a wide range of application prospects in the fields of marine engineering,aerospace,energy,chemical in-dustry,etc.In this paper,the coating cladding technology of nickel-based alloys,the technical charac-teristics of ceramic material composite coatings,polymer material composite coatings,and different nick-el-based alloy coatings are discussed.It is found that the hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resis-tance of nickel-based alloys can be improved by introducing coatings,and the development trend of nickel-based alloys is summarized.
