摘要
在传统铸造行业中,造型、制芯和待浇注以及浇注完成的砂箱或芯包都是放置在地面上暂存,占用车间大量面积,单位面积产值低,生产计划管理混乱.介绍了自动化立体仓库在智能铸造工厂生产过程中的应用,可有效提高企业的生产管理水平以及空间利用率.
Abstract
In the traditional foundry industry,the molding,core making,the sand box or core bag to be poured and the finished pouring are all placed on the ground for temporary storage,which occupies a large area of the workshop,the output value per unit area is low,and the production plan management is chaotic.This paper introduces the application of automated three-dimensional warehouse in the pro-duction process of intelligent foundry factory,which can effectively improve the production management level and space utilization rate of enterprises.
