摘要
等温淬火球墨铸铁具有良好的耐磨性,采用销盘摩擦磨损试验机进行等温淬火球墨铸铁和中碳钢的滑动摩擦磨损性能试验,得到以下结论:在高速无风冷条件下,ADI材料滑动摩擦磨损性能低于中碳钢;低速有风冷条件下,ADI材料滑动摩擦磨损性能高于中碳钢.
Abstract
Isothermal quenched ductile iron has good wear resistance,and the sliding friction and wear performance of isothermal quenched ductile iron and medium carbon steel is tested by using a pin disc friction and wear test machine,and the following conclusions are obtained:under the condition of high speed and no air cooling,the sliding friction and wear performance of ADI materials is lower than that of medium carbon steel;Under the condition of low speed and air cooling,the sliding friction and wear performance of ADI materials is higher than that of medium carbon steel.
