摘要

搅拌车水泵铸铝蜗壳隔舌处在使用3个月左右后穿孔漏水,采用成分分析,金相分析,宏观、低倍及微观形貌观察等手段,对蜗壳隔舌穿孔失效原因进行了分析.结果表明,水泵蜗壳在隔舌处发生了严重的汽蚀破坏,而较高服役温度及材料自身偏低的抗汽蚀能力的共同作用促使了严重汽蚀现象的发生.

Abstract

mixer truck water pump cast aluminum worm shell tongue at the use of about 3 months after the perforation leakage,the use of compositional analysis,metallurgical analysis,macro,low and micro-scopic morphology observation and other means of the worm shell tongue perforation failure reasons were analyzed.The results show that the water pump shell in the tongue of the serious cavitation damage,and the higher service temperature and the material's own low resistance to cavitation of the joint role of the phenomenon prompted the occurrence of serious cavitation.
