摘要

针对困扰发动机铸造企业气缸体铸件清理工序环境恶劣、从业人员匮乏、劳动强度大、危险系数高、产品质量保障能力低的弊端,介绍了清理工序最新的工艺设计思路,通过产品铸造工艺开发和全流程自动化实现了清理工序的转型升级,为清理工序的无人化奠定了基础,提高了公司的竞争力.

Abstract

In view of the disadvantages of poor environment,lack of employees,high labor intensity,high risk coefficient and low product quality assurance ability of cylinder block casting cleaning process that plague engine casting enterprises,the latest process design ideas of cleaning process are introduced,and the transformation and upgrading of cleaning process is realized through product casting process develop-ment and whole-process automation,which lays the foundation for the unmanned cleaning process and improves the competitiveness of the company.
