摘要

本文介绍一款新型发动机缸盖的复杂水套砂芯优化设计,及其覆膜砂制芯热芯盒模具设计制造与生产验证过程.其中水套砂芯三维模型的开发设计属于新产品开发的重点,我们通过三维模拟,3D打印实物模型修改验证,结合应用激光扫描逆向设计等技术手段,解决设计过程中遇到的各种问题,最终完成水套砂芯的优化设计.

Abstract

This paper introduces the optimization design of a new type of engine cylinder head with a complex water jacket sand core,as well as the design,manufacturing and production verification process of its coated sand core hot core box mold.Among them,the development and design of the three-di-mensional model of the water jacket sand core belongs to the focus of new product development,and we solve various problems encountered in the design process through three-dimensional simulation,3D printing physical model modification and verification,combined with the application of laser scanning re-verse design and other technical means,and finally complete the optimization design of the water jacket sand core.
