摘要

简要介绍了一种大型球体轴承盖铸造工艺,针对大型球铁轴承盖通常出现的缩松缺陷,采用了内置砂芯+冷铁、调整材质成分、设计过滤出渣系统等措施,消除了缩松、夹渣等缺陷,提高了铸造出品率,降低了加工成本.

Abstract

A large spherical bearing cover casting process is briefly introduced,aiming at the shrinkage porosity defects that usually occur in large ductile iron bearing covers,the built-in sand core+cold iron,adjusting the material composition,and designing the filter slag removal system are adopted,which eliminates the defects such as shrinkage porosity and slag inclusion,improves the casting yield rate,and reduces the processing cost.
