The application of metal mold casting process in the casting production of flow parts of flotation machine
Taking the XJM-S45 flotation machine as an example,through the analysis of the quality de-fects and processing technology of the castings of its overflow parts,a casting scheme of using metal mold instead of wooden mold is proposed,and the machining technology is improved at the same time,so as to effectively reduce the weight of castings,improve the quality of castings,reduce the processing process steps,and achieve comprehensive quality and efficiency improvement.
