摘要
大批量流水线生产条件下,稳定的铸件机械性能和铸件尺寸的一致性非常关键,也是机加工工厂的需要.结合我司蠕墨铸铁件大批量流水线生产工艺的特点,从铸造收缩率设计、型芯尺寸控制、芯盒模具的维护保养、熔炼工艺的设计等方面介绍了提升蠕墨铸铁发动机铸件尺寸精度的工艺方法,通过系列措施的实施和验证,使发动机铸件尺寸精度稳定达到DIN 1686 GTB15公差要求.
Abstract
Combined with the characteristics of our company's peristaltic cast iron parts of high-volume assembly line production process,from the casting shrinkage design,core size control,core box mold maintenance,maintenance,melting process design and other aspects of the process to improve the di-mensional accuracy of the peristaltic cast iron engine castings are introduced,through a series of mea-sures to implement and validate the dimensional accuracy of the engine castings to achieve a stable DIN 1686 GTB15 tolerance requirements.
