Characteristics of high-performance heat-free aluminum alloy HA1-H and one-piece die casting practice
HA1-H is a self-developed heat-free die-casting aluminum alloy,which can obtain excellent comprehensive mechanical properties under as-cast conditions,and is suitable for one-piece die-casting large-scale thin-walled parts.The characteristics of HA1-H alloy are summarized,as well as the prob-lems and countermeasures in the production process of die casting.
