摘要
HA1-H是自主研发的一款免热处理压铸铝合金,在铸态条件下即可获得优良的综合力学性能,适用于一体式压铸大型薄壁件.本文总结了 HA1-H合金的特性,以及压铸生产过程中的问题点及应对措施.
Abstract
HA1-H is a self-developed heat-free die-casting aluminum alloy,which can obtain excellent comprehensive mechanical properties under as-cast conditions,and is suitable for one-piece die-casting large-scale thin-walled parts.The characteristics of HA1-H alloy are summarized,as well as the prob-lems and countermeasures in the production process of die casting.
