摘要

论述了开泰集团磨料公司钢丸生产车间离心池温度数据采集和使用流程.离心池温度数据通过现场检测元件获得,在现场用仪表显示报警,并使用物联网设备无线转发到云端;在远程服务器通过OPC方式,获得云端数据,然后存储到服务器并再次转发和应用.通过设备的远程监控,加强了现场车间生产数据的监控,提升了产品的质量,推动开泰集团数字化应用的进展.

Abstract

The temperature collection and use process of centrifugal tank in the steel shot production workshop of Kaitai Group Abrasives Company is discussed.The temperature data of the centrifuge tank is obtained through the on-site detection element,the alarm is displayed by the instrument in the field,and the Internet of Things device is wirelessly forwarded to the cloud.In the remote server,the cloud data is obtained through OPC,and then stored to the server and forwarded and applied again.Through the remote monitoring of the equipment,the monitoring of on-site workshop production data has been strengthened,the quality of products has been improved,and the progress of digital application of Kaitai Group has been promoted.
