This paper mainly discusses the planning and design of the process and logistics of the brake drum production workshop,the project from the planning and design,equipment procurement,construc-tion to the implementation of the production,full consideration of automation,intelligence,green,to cre-ate the cost of the production of products of advanced workshop,to become a model for the industry.
