Research on solid solution process of nickel-iron-based superalloy for 1650 ℃ ultra-supercritical unit
The mechanical properties of HT700 nickel-iron-based superalloy were studied by changing different solution process parameters, and the effects of solution process on its microstructure and me-chanical properties were analyzed by means of metallographic microscopy and scanning electron mi-croscopy.The results show that with the increase of solution time, the tensile strength of the material increases at room temperature, but the elongation after break decreases at room temperature. When the solution temperature exceeds 1150 ℃ and the holding time exceeds 50 h,the dendrite in the metallo-graphic structure is completely eliminated.
