网格结构排气槽在金属型铸造中的应用研究

研究了网格结构排气槽对金属型铸造气孔缺陷的影响,分析了未加排气槽铸件和加排气槽铸件的表面气孔缺陷和金相组织结构.研究结果表明:在金属铸型中添加网格结构排气槽,能够使铸型型腔内的气体及时排出,防止铸件出现侵入性气孔等铸造缺陷;金属液充满具有网格结构排气槽的铸型时,由于液体表面张力的作用,金属液无法填满大量细小的排气通道,是气体能正常排出的主要原因.
Research on the application of grid structure exhaust groove in metal mold casting
In this paper,the influence of the grid structure exhaust groove on the stomatal defects of metal mold casting is studied,and the surface stomatology defects and metallographic structure of cast-ings without venting groove and castings with venting groove are analyzed.The results show that adding a grid structure exhaust groove to the metal mold can make the gas in the mold cavity be discharged in time and prevent casting defects such as invasive porosity in the casting.When the molten metal fills a mold with a grid structure exhaust groove,the molten metal cannot fill a large number of fine exhaust channels due to the effect of the surface tension of the liquid,which is the main reason why the gas can be discharged normally.
