主镜筒压铸成型数值模拟及模具设计

主镜筒是光学仪器上的重要零件,制件表面质量与配合精度要求高,不允许出现冷隔和裂纹等缺陷,同轴度与垂直度公差为0.01 mm.控制产品质量的关键是模具浇注及排溢系统的设计和压铸参数的设置.创新设计了环形进料的浇注与排溢系统,优化压铸工艺参数.使用ProCAST软件模拟主镜筒产品金属溶液充型及凝固过程.根据产品的结构特点设计了三个方向的抽芯机构,保证产品顺利脱模.
Numerical simulation of die-casting molding of main lens barrel and mold design
The main lens barrel is an important part of the optical instrument,the surface quality and matching accuracy of the workpiece are high,defects such as cold isolation and cracks are not allowed,and the tolerance of coaxiality and perpendicularity is 0.01 mm.The key to controlling product quality is the design of the mold pouring and overflow system and the setting of die casting parameters.The pouring and overflow system of annular feed is innovatively designed to optimize the die-casting process parameters.ProCAST software was used to simulate the metal solution filling and solidification process of the primary tube product.According to the structural characteristics of the product,the core-pulling mechanism in three directions is designed to ensure the smooth demoulding of the product.
