摘要

汽车零部件等自动化生产线,多以生产大批量小件产品为主,产线设备自动化程度高、连续性强,各个工序的排产数量和产能安排会影响产线的生产节拍,通过核算额定产能、计划产能、产能利用率,评估生产计划排产的合理性,找到产线的瓶颈工序以及限制产能的影响因子,解决瓶颈工序存在的问题,提高产线生产能力.

Abstract

Auto parts and other automated production lines,mostly to produce large quantities of small products,production line equipment high degree of automation,strong continuity,the number of each process scheduling and capacity arrangement will affect the production rhythm of the production line,through the calculation of rated capacity,planned capacity,capacity utilization,evaluate the rationality of production plan scheduling,find the bottleneck process of the production line and the impact factors that limit production capacity,solve the problems of the bottleneck process,improve the production line production capacity.
