随着我国铸造行业的蓬勃发展,如何提高铸件的生产效率并降低设备占用空间,已成为各生产企业面临的重要课题.铸件生产后的快速冷却技术,作为提升生产效率的关键环节,正逐渐受到行业内的广泛关注.快速冷却不仅能够显著缩短冷却时间,减少铸件冷却所需的设备,还能优化生产流程,提高整体生产效率.本文对铸件冷却方式进行了分析,通过对喷水冷却和吹风冷却的特点以及工作原理和作用进行探析,开发设计了风冷加水冷的快速冷却产品.
Development and application of water jet cooling system for castings
With the vigorous development of China's foundry industry,how to improve the production ef-ficiency of castings and reduce the space occupied by equipment has become an important issue faced by various production enterprises.As a key link to improve production efficiency,the rapid cooling technology after the production of castings is gradually attracting widespread attention in the industry.Rapid cooling not only significantly reduces cooling time and equipment required to cool castings,but also optimizes production processes and increases overall production efficiency.In this paper,the cooling method of castings is analyzed,and the characteristics,working principles and functions of water spray cooling and blowing cooling are analyzed,and the rapid cooling products of air cooling and water cool-ing are developed and designed.
